CORNBREAD 3 eggs 2+1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup oil 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 3/4 cup cornmeal 1/4 cup flour 1 jalapeno pepper (minced) 2 cans of cream style corn 1/2 tsp baking powder Combine the ingredients with a mixer in the order listed one step at a time. Bake it for an hour at 375 F. It's good with refried beans.
