In this module we will explore Assistive Technology Service Delivery including: funding sources; transition and career exploration including AT tools; on the job using AT; and, the education and qualifications of AT specialists. AT Service Delivery is a topic for an entire course, so in the next few weeks we will introduce the topics, offering resources that you can use to continue learning.

Objectives:

Students will-

1. Identify funding sources for assistive technology;

2. Understand the role AT plays in transition planning, career exploration, and on the job;

2. Understand the importance of teams in AT assessment, implementation; and,

3. Consider the qualifications of AT Specialists
