The Database application can be utilized in several ways in
education. As a classroom teacher, you can use the database
application to reduce your workload by helping you manage the vast
quantities of information that you will be collecting.
All students have special needs and specific bits of information that
you will need to have access to quickly. By creating information
files on each of your students, you can quickly review all of the
pertinent information at a glance. In addition, many teachers, use
this ClarisWorks application for keeping track of many other bits of
info, such as; videos, books lists, field trip locations, special
speakers, and even pizza delivery.

Use this template to create your own database of student
information.
To change the layout of the "cards" or "records", go to the Layout
Pull Down Menu and choose Layout.
Here is a view from the "Layout Screen". Any changes here will
show up on all of the cards in the database.
