Blocher is a faculty member at NAU's College of Education where he teaches
undergraduate and graduate courses in Educational Technology since 1999.
Dr. Blocher earned his Ph.D. in 1997 from Arizona State University.
His research interests include learner engagement in online learning
environments, technology integration into the curriculum, and technology-based
instructional media.
