Notes:

1. Modify by completing Co-/Pre-requisite lines 11 l(el) and m.

2. Modify proposal to indicate changes in overall increase in pre-professional hours (50 to 51) and decrease in professional hours (48 to 47) in the program introduction.  Under the pre-professional hours, the totals hours needs to be decrease from 48 to 47 and the hours for science electives from 10 to 9.

3.  Needs to be forwarded to the Liberal Studies Committee asap.
