Notes: 1. Change course number to BIO 171 (or similar if 171 is not available);  Add Peggy Pollak as faculty member who could teach it.

2. Needs to have Liberal Studies Form forwarded to the UCC     and a Program Change form to reflect the change in the curriculum that this course effects.  Committee pre-approved the program change, if it is limited to this course change, and to correcting the credit hours for GLG 100/100L to 4 units and checking credit hour totals.

3. Add “a grade or better of C in the following course:” to the perquisite list.
