DIS 499/599: Overview: Module 1: Topic 3: VCC
Week 4: 2/4 - 2/10
To complete this assignment successfully, you should:
1. Enter the VCC and look for the three discussion groups for Week 4.
2. For each discussion topic write a brief statement about the concepts based on your understanding of this week's lesson, the readings and your website visits. I've listed some questions below that correspond to the topics if you need an idea about what to write about. one or two paragraphs will be fine. This portion of the assignment will be worth 10 points for each discussion topic - for a total of 30 points.
3. For each topic respond to at least one of the other students comments, or the discussion in general. This portion of the assignment will be worth 2 points for each discussion topic - for a total of 6 points.
4. Near the deadline for this assignment (Sunday, February 10th) go back and read any entries you may have missed. Make additional comments if you would like to. I'm looking forward to having each of you share your work with your classmates. I'm impressed with your insights and how well you communicate what you are learning.
5. ALL of the points for this week will be earned from your written assignment and responses to the three VCC discussion topics.
Here are some suggestions for writing and discussion. These are only suggestions. I encourage you to offer your own questions and comments for discussion.
