Objective:

* To increase your awareness of national quality assurance models

* To identify monitoring programs that include consumer and family involvement

To complete this assignment successfully, you should:

1. Go to the University of Minnesota, Institute on Community Integration, Research and Training Center on Community Living website and take some time to read several program summaries in the subject list.

2. Choose 3 programs related to quality assurance, monitoring and/or evaluation. Define the purpose of each program and briefly critique it's usefulness or unique features.

3. This assignment is worth 15 points and is due by midnight on Sunday, May 5th.
