Solutions to Water and Air Pollution

As Penna states, “Both contaminated water and polluted air pose major health hazards. The impact of both on human health is a theme throughout the book.” I would like to spend time searching together for solutions to the water and air pollution problems that threaten our health. Share with each other both your understanding of the underlying problems and what you have learned about solutions to these problems. Refer to the material in topic 3 “Water” and topic 4 “Air,” including all readings, on-line lessons and weblinks. Post twice to receive credit, being sure to respond to and pose questions to each other in thought-provoking discussion.
