ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. Have an associate degree, diploma or certificate in dental hygiene
2. Be a Registered Dental Hygienist
3. Be admitted to NAU
4. Be accepted into the BS Online Degree Completion Program

ADMISSION PROCESS:

You must apply both to the Dental Hygiene Completion Program and to Northern Arizona University. Listed below are the two applications you must complete.

1. Submit application to be admitted to the BS Degree Completion Program in Dental Hygiene
2. Submit application and official transcripts to be admitted to NAU. Whether completing the application online or printing a hard copy and mailing it in, please be sure to choose the Extended Campus Application.
