UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS

B.S. in Dental Hygiene

The Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene is a four-year program that includes two years of prerequisite course work and two years of professional education. In addition to the basic curriculum, students may elect independent study courses in dental hygiene education, research, public health or other areas of interest. Some classes are web enhanced.

Degree Completion Program

Registered dental hygienists wishing to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree can enroll in NAU's Degree Completion Program. The program is designed to meet individual career goals and emphasizes advanced online courses in professional issues, cultural understanding, dental public health, evidence-based practice and research.
