History: A 32 year-old Caucasian, female, recently diagnoses with chronic fatigue complained of a burning sensation of her tongue and corners of her mouth. She had also just completed a series of antibiotics for a bacterial infection.

Clinical: The patient presented with slightly ulcerated, reddened commmisure of the mouth. Her tongue appear normal and was not bothering her at the present.
