The bandito "Pancho"

Pancho loves México. That's about it. His lovable stubbornness can be a thorn for the others, but he makes up for it all with his willingness to learn the language of his motherland.

Chef

This friendly cook assists with the preparation of many intros to segments throughout the year, but his primary expertise is in his tasty cuisines.

The conquistador

Studying the conquer of the Aztecs and Incas is not all glamour and gleam, but this warrior takes the mistakes of the past and helps to present a better understanding of how to avoid history from repeating.

The director

Always demanding more from the students, the director attempts to coax, drill, and nurture the growing Spanish-speaking minds with his many Dialogue segments.

Gaucho

Straight from Paraguay, Gaucho presents materials about his native land. From the daily life of the people to the intricacies of leatherwork, this character has much to share with the audience. He is quite a singer too.

El Rey - the king

Noble, powerful, and regal, El Rey still lends a royal hand with introductions to many segments throughout the program.

El mariachi

Música is the specialty of el mariachi, and he shares several songs with the class the entire year.

The matador

He is a master of the bull-ring, and he has taken time out of his busy schedule to assist us here at educación española.

The Pamplonian

Running for his life once a year in the tiny town of Pamplona, Spain, this athlete runs from bigger things on our program, like Activity Sheets and Dialogues.

The referee

His Rules of Grammar help to illustrate the finer rules of the Spanish language. Play by his rules and you'll win.

señor Morris as himself

A character in his own-right, señor Morris spends most of the class as himself, your teacher for a year of fun-filled and informative instruction.
