Hello, and welcome. I work as a Software Systems Analyst for the Academic Computing group in Information Technology Services at Northern Arizona University. Although I have a broad background in computers, I am mostly interested in multimedia, software development and the web. My job here at I. T. S. involves several responsibilities including:

Development of online support applications such as the class schedule and course catalogs
Support of NAU departments web development efforts
Support of NAU departments, including ITS's, database web development efforts
Support of general multimedia authoring software
Support for digital media elements such as graphics, audio and video and media editing software

When I have spare time, I like to hike (GC, Mogollon Rim, Rockies), bike (commute every day), climb (Red Rocks, Jacks, Paradise Forks, Overlook, GC, Tetons), boat (any river, any time) and ski (alpine and tele-wacker). I was originally attracted to the Flagstaff area by the Grand Canyon, where I was a river guide, in another lifetime. I still manage a trip or two a year.
