Module 14: Teacher Empowerment

In this module we will focus on the issue of Teacher Empowerment. The procedure for analyzing and responding to this issue is the same as that you used previously. Again, you will only do one group assignment for this module. The assignment that you will do will depend on whether you have been assigned to the group that will focus on vouchers by the instructor. If you have been assigned to the focus group, you will do Group Assignment 1. If you are not assigned to the focus group you will do Group Assignment 2.
