Managing Customer Service

This course provides strategies and tactics for managing customer service expectations and experiences. You will learn how to create a positive customer service climate that harnesses the natural talents of service professionals. The course also addresses the hiring, training, supporting, retention, and empowerment of service professionals. Upon successful completion of the course requirements (see syllabus for details), you will receive a Certificate in Managing Customer Service  (click on to see certificate) from the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University.
