5. How does the system handle menu changes and a table with multiple checks?

6. How many preset keys and PLU numbers are used? Is every menu item tracked by the POS system?

7. Describe and evaluate the POS terminal configuration.

8. Describe and evaluate the printers used to print guest checks and food orders.

9. What type of guest checks are used by the system?

10. Identify the reports generated by the system and describe how they are used.

11. Describe management's satisfaction with the system.
