This assignment will take you to the VCC. In the VCC, I would like you to do the following:

1. Think of the time you had an excellent service experience in a restaurant or any other hospitality enterprise.
2. Share with your classmates in the VCC, the experience and what made it special.
3. Also, respond to posting of another student.

3. If you were the manager of this enterprise, what would you do so this type of experience does not happen again.
