1. Present your answers/discussion to the following question in the conference center. Each student in the class should have an individual entry.

Call a hotel, explain that you are a student in a hotel management program, etc. (be very polite) and ask the executive housekeeper or the security manager or the chief of engineering what the most difficult part of their job is. Ask them also to explain how they train their personnel to be service oriented towards guests.

List what hotel you called, the person you talked to, and the answers he/she gave you. Discuss your response and those of your classmates in the Virtual Conference Center.
