Hospitality law is one of the very important subjects and courses you will take in college. Operating hotels and restaurants requires you to be aware of the liabilities, the risks associated with operating hospitality operation. Mistakes can result in lawsuits that can force you or your company to pay large sums of money to persons whom you injure or to whom you cause damage.
Objectives:
