Helping your guests
get quickly and safely to their destination, whether
it is on your property and in the surrounding community,
demonstrates a positive Service Attitude and reflects
well on you and your property.
Try to be so familiar
with your property and community that you never have
to say, "I'm not sure where that is" or "I
don't know."
