Changes in the Education of Youth with Special Needs


Utilize two imaginary characters, one who went to school in the middle of this century - the 50's and 60's and another who is just finishing school now. Create a dialogue between the two as they detail the changes in education of children with special needs. As a part of the conversation, compare the things that are going well with the things schools might hope to accomplish in the next decade.
