Meeting the spirit of IDEA '97

Print out the sample documents that provide a template for setting up a Child Study Team and write a short critique, explaining how you would use the suggested forms to meet the spirit of IDEA '97, either "as is"or enhanced with your personal changes. Remember that certain Federal and State regulations apply, but there is still much room for a unique teacher approach or district specific guidelines.
