Chart the IEP Process

To complete this assignment successfully, you should:

Study the IEP charts carefully
Develop a summary of the IEP process, showing the steps involved.
Include the person responsible for each step as part of your summary

Sample IEP documents and charts

The IEP Sample file requires that you have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Please go to the 'Help" Page for instructions on how to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

After printing out and examining the sample IEP documents, develop a chart, summarizing the IEP process, addressing the policies and regulations from IDEA '97. Show the relationship among the discrete roles.
