The Smith text does not provide much information for this module. Instead, the objectives can be met by excursions into the community. You can review the material in Chapter Two and Three to recall the historic and legal changes in service youth with special needs. Vignettes and special interest readings are also noted and can broaden the knowledge base for the three objectives.
