Identify the Variables in Your Research Questions
To complete this assignment successfully, you should:
- Study the assignment carefully
- Enter your response(s) in the space(s) provided
- Fill in your Name and Email address
- Send the Assignment
For this assignment, I'd like for you to use the same set of research questions and/or problem statements that you came up with for the four assignments in Module 2.
For each of those questions/statements, I'd like you to:
1. Identify any/all variables contained within each one;
2. Also apply any other variable terminology, IF PERTINENT, and briefly 'convince' me why that particular label 'fits.' To remind you, these alternatives are:
a) discrete vs. continuous;
b) independent vs. dependent;
c) confounding;
d) predictor vs. criterion.
It would be very helpful for me, if you wouldn't mind, to please reproduce each of your original questions/statements and then, below each one, identify and justify the variables and labels, as indicated above. Please post your answers in your personal portfolio in the Virtual Conference Center.
GOOD LUCK!!!
