Advanced Documentation Seminar for Physical Therapists

This course is taught in a seminar format in which entry level and post-professional DPT students convene for the purpose of discussing various documentation formats, the nature of good documentation procedures, as well as practicing and honing documentation skills in an efficient manner. Participants are given pre-course assignments and receive group feedback on their efforts. Other related topics covered during this experience including perspectives on charges for services rendered and legal consderations.
