| With
school starting, there are several things
to keep in mind for your student. Dining
Services offers several different meal plans
as well as Flexi, which your student can
use to buy food on campus. For more information
from Dining Services click here or call
NAU Dining Services at 928-523-2372 or 1-877-543-6305.
Also,
with athletics beginning you can purchase
a sports pass for your student for $35
which lets them attend every NAU home
game for every sport. Family packages
are available as well. For more information,
click here or contact the Central Ticket
Office at 928-523-5661 or 888-520-7214.
Tickets may also be bought from Ticketmaster.
The
NAU Bookstore is open everyday, so you'll
want to remind your student to get all
of his/her books as soon as possible.
Lastly,
if your student has a car they need to
swing by parking services and pick up
a permit. There are many different kinds
ranging from commuter to resident, so
it is very important they get the right
kind. Parking services has a free Motorist
Assistance Program to unlock car doors
and jump start if need be Monday through
Friday. If your student opts for two-wheeled
transportation they should still stop
by Parking Services, for $1 they can (and
legally should) register their bicycle.
