Welcome to NAU!

NAU-Yuma students have many resources available to them through the AWC/NAU-Yuma Academic Library in Yuma as well as the Cline Library in Flagstaff. The collection includes video streaming, e-Books, full-text article databases, music and image databases. To access the licensed online resources off campus, users are required to enter their NAU user ID and password.

The Academic Library supports the Arizona Western College and Northern Arizona University-Yuma curriculum and research needs of the faculty, staff and students of both institutions and citizens of Yuma and La Paz Counties.  Our library professionals welcome input regarding the library's collection and services.

Faculty may request materials for the library collection to complement the course curriculum. To schedule a library research workshop or personalized research consultation call Renee Westphal for more information at (928)317-6435.

The Library’s Educational Resource Center has re-opened to a new location of the library. Below is a photo of the newly remodeled learning space.

Resource Center

What is the Educational Resource Center?

The Resource Center supports the campus programs for Education, Counseling, and Social Work. The collection consists of K-12 books, classroom support materials, manipulatives, games, kits, idea books, children’s literature, big storybooks, and curriculum guides. Materials are collected on various topics including music, art, science, math, social studies, language, Spanish, physical education, family issues and social skills.
The Educational Resource Center  is located in the Academic Library on the AWC and NAU-Yuma Branch Campus, the Resource Center is open during the library's regular hours. For further information or to set up an orientation, please call me at (928) 317-6435.

The library’s WACOG Caregiver Resource Zone will also be located in this area. This collection provides resources to the community, which support caregivers.  These materials were made available through a grant, which Bill Pederson coordinated with the library and the Western Arizona Council of Governments (WACOG) to provide community members with easy access to the Internet and the WACOG Library.
