Register in the Virtual Conference Center

1. -When you enter the Virtual Conference Center for the first time, you will click on the word "Register" to register your userid name and password.

-To register you enter:
a) user id: Enter the first initial of your first name and your full last name, using all lower case letters, e.g. rlei for Rich Lei.
b) password: Enter a password of your choice. BE SURE TO WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD-You will need it later in the semester.
c) Click on the "Click here when finished" button

NOTE: The program will immediately ask you for the user ID and password you just created. This is normal. Enter the user ID and password you just created to get into the Virtual Conference Center.
-When you go into the conference for the first time, you will be on the Personal Information Page. On this page, you must enter your name and e-mail address. You may fill out the other items if you choose.

At this point you have two choices:
1) Show me tutorial button. You may want to look at the How to navigate Web Caucus to … When you finish the tutorial, you should go into the Conference Center.
OR 2) Go to the Caucus Center, which will take you into the NAU Conference Center.

- This is the page you will arrive at when you log on, now that you have registered. Click on the highlighted phrase "see a list of all conferences". From this list click on "ADV 311".
