1. Discuss the responsibilities of the principal investigator engaged in human experimentation.
2. Discuss the components of informed consent.
3. List the steps indicated for maintaining confidentiality of research records.
4. Design a consent form for your project including all necessary information.
5. Complete the Application for Approval of Investigations Involving the Use of Human Subjects.
