THE "NEW" SOUTH MOUNTAIN
The South Mountain renovation project required over a
year of effort by several club members to complete, and literally months
of being patient with no main line operations. It was well worth
the wait, however, and this effort constituted the first massive renovation
effort of this part of the layout since its construction in the 1960s.
All scenery, underground trackwork, and wiring were completely reconstructed.
Stay tuned for more photos from South Mountain.
