Meeting called to order: 8:05 PM

Members Present: 4 board members and 6 club members

1) Remembering Bill Baughman
Several members shared some thoughts on the qualities that endeared Bill to all of us.
Bill gave many gifts to NRHS, Heart Assn.
Suggested a card from club.

2) President Paradis issued a call for nominations for 2004 board members.
Vote will be at the January 2004 annual meeting
Nominations declared open for 3 board members
President, Train Master VP, Secretary

3) First reading of new member applications.

4) Officer Reports: Treasurer, Trainmaster, Secretary, V.P.
Trainmaster – we have a decently running layout
We should consider some operations nights

5) Review 2004 budget breakdown.
For the Treasurer – Tom Paradis read the Budget for 2004,
Jerry Snow reported $1686 income from Fair.

6) Planned 2004 projects: Review and Vote.
The following proposed projects were approved and funded:
DCC – phase 2  Passed
Mainline Turnouts – and adjacent landscaping - Passed
N-Scale expenses -  10 for – 1 abstention
Replace crossing - Phoenix “S” track to storage - Passed
Remove crossings at block 16 – install turnout to East Flag - passed
Rebuild Red Mountain – cost is nil - passed
Reversing loops in Phx/Provo, make operational - passed

Not funded – recommended
Complete Engine house – 10 for – 1 abstention
Timber Creek wiring - approved
Hon3 – DCC, balloon under N-Scale - approved
Colton loop- make operational - approved
Replacement of crossovers and 19 C & D, tabled for more study.

7) New/Old business
Buildings for Oildale upgrade – members please finish and return
100% NMRA club presented to members.
