Board members present: Ryan Gallagher, Wendell Goodwin, Eric Hadder, Tom Paradis, Jerry Snow.

Meeting was called to order at 7:50pm, Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at 4535 Wild Elk Trail, Flagstaff, AZ.

1) Minutes from previous meeting read and accepted.

2) Project Proposals were read, and discussed among the board of directors. All proposals accepted by board of directors. Membership will make final vote on Tuesday, May 14 to approve are reject proposals. Conditional approvals have funding approval, but areas of concern will be resubmitted for final approval.

3) Fairground Access for Open House. The Fairgrounds have granted permission to host the open house on Saturday, May 18. The restrooms have been booked by another event and will not be available for our use.

4) Trainmaster's Report. The layout should be in good operating condition for the open house. There are still some dead-spots at the points of some switches. Most track has been cleaned on in operating condition.

5) Open House Jobs. Decided to form jobs around two shifts. Job sign-up to be made available at club meeting on May 14.

6) Open House Advertisement. A community events ad will run in the Arizona Daily Sun as space allows at no charge. Decided to run a paid ad on Saturday the 18th in the AZ Daily Sun.
