Scheduling a Special Event
To schedule a special event you need to send me the following information:

Short name of the event

On site location for the event (where you would like to hold the event)

Time the event starts. Optionally you can include an end time

Sponsor's name and email address

A brief write-up describing the special event
Please make sure that when you mail me your submissions that your email
comes to me as plain text with no HTML formatting. My normal email
program that I use cannot handle HTML in the body text of the mail message
which makes it very hard for me to read email that does include it.
