Develop a description of the product and service your proposed food service operation is going to offer. Please include for me a brief description of the concept of your proposed operation, location and why you chose the type of operation you chose and why you chose the particular location

2. What are the strengths and weaknesses of your competition?
3. How will you differentiate you operation so guests will visit you over your competition?
4. What products are you planning to offer?

1. What are you selling? [Be specific, you are selling more than just food]
2. What are the benefits as opposed to features of the products you are selling?
3. How does your operation differ from the competition?
4. If your menu items are new or not well established, what makes them different and desirable?
5. If your product line is not special why would people buy from you?
6. How will you give your market of intended customers a reason to patronize your restaurant?

People tend to buy what they want, not what you think you offer. How will you determine what your customers' wants and needs are so you can sell it to them?
