ADMISSION PROCESS

For admission to any of the online Health Sciences degrees you must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Complete NAU application. There are two methods for applying: online application and a printable application. Instructions of how to apply are outlined on the following link, http://www4.nau.edu/uadmissions/profiles/apply.htm.

Students may turn in admission forms at their local Arizona NAU office; use the online admission form (www4.nau.edu/uadmissions/), or call 1-888-MORENAU to have forms sent to you.

Step 2: Complete Health Sciences department program online application at www2.nau.edu/hsdl-p/application.php. Your application will be sent to the Department of Health Sciences for evaluation.

Step 3: Send official, sealed transcripts to NAU Undergraduate Admissions. NAU requires official sealed transcripts as part of the admission process. Prospective students will not be considered for admission until ALL official transcripts are received. Please send transcripts to:
