Normal Deviate Z Test:
In the vignette, you are given a value for the population mean and the standard deviation. You are asked to determine if the mean of a representative sample from that population differs significantly from the population mean (i.e., the norm).

--You must know the population mean and the standard deviation
--Rarely used because you will not always be given the population standard deviation
