Joe's Fish Market is located on historic Route 66 in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Our address is 9999 Route 66. Just 1 mile south of the I-40 interchange.

Open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m. , and Saturday 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Closed Sundays and during droughts.

Cooking Hints

Fish Preparation

  1. Thaw fish in refrigerator or in pan of cool water (do not thaw fish at room temperature because of risk of spoilage).
  2. Clean fish under running cool water.
  3. Cut or filet fish as needed for recipe (clean all utensils thoroughly in warm, soapy water after cutting fish).
  4. Cook using one of the methods described below.

Broil
To cook by direct heat from an overhead source
Bake
To cook by dry heat, usually in an oven
Grill
To cook on a grid iron with a heat source below
