Etiology

Autosomal dominant

 

 

Predilection

 

 

 

Location

Oral mucosa especially tongue

 

Clinical Appearance

Multiple nodes on tip of tongue, lips and cheeks

Microscopic Features

Same as neurofibroma


 

 

Treatment

Thyroidectomy

Surgical excision of oral neurofibromas
