Greater in Ashkenazic Jews

Mucous membranes

Skin

 

 

 


Clinical Appearance

Progressive involvement of mucous membranes and skin

Oral lesion= Painful erythema, vesicles, bullae,erosions

Positive Nikolsky's signs

Treatment

Corticosteroids

Other Immunosuppressive agents
