Etiology

A human papillomavirus

 

 

 

 

Predilection

Adults

 

 

 

 

Location

Oral mucosa

 

 

 

 

Clinical Appearance

Pink, papillary lesion

Usually more diffuse than papilloma or verruca vulgaris

May be multiple lesions

Treatment

Surgical excision

Recurrence is common
