Etiology

Neoplasia

 

 

 

Predilection

Adults

Greater over 25 year of age

 

 

Location

Most associated with mandible molars

 

 

Clinical Appearance

Localized expansion pain, vital teeth

 

 

Radiographic Feature

Well-defined radiopaque mass in continuity with the roots of the affected teeth

 

 

Microscopic Features

Well-circumscribed tumor composed of fibrous connective tissue and rounded globular calcifications, bone trabeculae or both

Treatment

Enucleation of the tumor

Removal of assocated teeth
