Etiology

Predilection

Greater in females

Less than 20 year of age

 

 

 

Location

70 % in anterior maxilla

Greater in maxilla

 

 

 

 

Clinical Appearance

Asymptomatic, swelling

 

 

 

 

Radiographic Feature

Well-defined radiolucency with impacted tooth

Radiopacities within the radiolucency

 

 

Microscopic Features

Nonencapsulated tumor composed of duct like epithelial structure, masses of cuboidal and spindle-shaped epithel cells with material and calcifications

Treatment

Enucleation
