Clinical Appearance

Lack of eruption

Radiographic Feature

Compound cluster of miniature teeth

Complex radiopaque mass

 

 

Microscopic Features

Mature enamel dentin cementum and pulp

Compound form= multiple small teeth

Complex form= irregular mass

Treatment

Surgical excision
