Predilection

Greater in males

Adults

Location

Greater in mandible than maxilla

Clinical Appearance

Pain

Paresthesia

Swelling

Expansion of bone

Radiographic Features

Variable

Usually poorly defined and radiolucent

Tooth roots may show spiked appearance

Some may show areas of radiopacity

Microscopic Features

Resembles primary malignancy

Treatment

Chemotherapy

Radiation therapy
