Etiology

Most common intaoral location tongue

 

 

Clinical Appearance

Asymptomatic nodule

 

 

 

Microscopic Features

Neurofibroma=well delineated, diffuse proliferation of spindle-shaped ells

Schwannoma=encapulsated proliferation of Schwann cells arranged in palisade whorls around central pink zones

Treatment

Surgical excision
