Etiology

Neoplastic

 

 

 

 

Predilection

30-50 year of age

Greater in females

 

 

Location

Most common intaoral location tongue and buccal mucosa

 

 

Clinical Appearance

Asymptomatic nodule

 

 

 

Microscopic Features

Unencapsulated tumor composed of large cells with granular cytoplasm, overlying epithelium exhibits pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia

Treatment

Surgical excision
