Clinical Appearance

Acute=Weakness, fever, lymph node enlargement, bleeding enlarged liver and spleen

Acute Myoblastic=Gingival enlargement due to infiltration of leukemic cells oral infection, spontaneous gingival bleeding, petechi, eccymoses

Chronic=fatigue, weakness, weight loss, anorexia, pallor of lips and gingiva, gingival enlargement, petechi, eccymoses, spontaneous gingival bleeding and atypical periodontal disease

Treatment

Chemotherapy

Bone marrow transplant
