History:

A nineteen-year-old, white female presents at the Dental Hygiene Clinic for care. Medical history reveals the patient is fatigued and is sick with a bacterial infection. Extraoral exam reveals an enlarged lymph node on the left cervical chain. Intraoral findings include 2 slightly raised, white plaques covering the left buccal mucous adjacent to #18 and #19 and #14. The lesions wipe off easily leaving a slight reddened area. The patient noticed a slight burning sensation about three weeks ago.
